Directions:
Through the Redwoods,
4 hours north of San Francisco/1.5 hours south of Eureka,
1 hour west of Benbow Inn and Humboldt House Inn
exit Highway 101 at Redway. Travel about 2 miles, turning onto Briceland Road. Drive 24 miles through gorgeous Redwood and Fir forests, passing Briceland, Whitethorn, and Kings Range National Forest Headquarters. At the only stop sign you will encounter, Shelter Cove Road and Upper Pacific Drive, turn left. Follow the road to the English Cottage overlooking
Cape Mendocino Lighthouse and the Pacific Ocean.
For boaters, we are up the ramp and around to the left.
For pilots, we are at the south end of the runway in the
Heart of the Lost Coast of California.
For golfers, we are behind the eighth hole.
For birds, we are under the black roof.
